Do you have any questions?

It is highly likely that you do. And so listed below are some of the questions which frequently come our way. Should your query remain unanswered then please do not hesitate to get in touch via our Contact page. We'd love to hear from you!

Q: How do I pay?

A: Please see our Payment Options page for information about the various methods of payment we accept.

Q: Do you ship to non-UK destinations?

A: Yes. Please see the International Orders page for more details.

Q: Can you secure a game or toy on demand?

A: Strictly speaking, yes. However, given the nature of our business, products secured on demand usually come at a higher price than those that are not. Of course, any additional cost may then be reflected in the price.

Q: Are the games and toys that you sell complete?

A: Yes, unless expressly stated otherwise in the item description.

Q: What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?

A: We hope that this would never be the case. But if you find that you are less than happy with your purchase, simply let us know (either by telephone, email or in writing) within 72 hours (three days) of receiving your item(s) and we will then be in touch to discuss the matter further. Please see the Delivery & Returns page for further details on returning purchased goods.

Q: Are the games and toys that you sell new or used?

A: Given the nature of our business, our products are almost always used. Occasionally, however, we will secure a product which is either factory sealed or its contents remain bound together in a way that renders the game impossible to play. We have used the terms "FACTORY SEALED" and "UNUSED" to denote products which, respectively, are either still within their factory wrapping or open but unused.

Q: Do you stock products in addition to those those featured on your website?

A: Yes we do. Because of the time it takes to list a product on our wesbite, we have many games and toys which have yet to feature on www.vintage-playtime.com. And so all the more reason for you to get in touch via our Contact page if the game or toy of your choice is either not featured or out of stock!

Q: Sometimes a game or toy that features on your website appears only partially listed (e.g. there is no item description, photograph and/or contents list etc.). Why is this?

A: Again, this is simply due to the time it takes to list a product on our website. But rest assured that all products featured (whether partially or in full) are complete unless stated otherwise. If an item is only partially listed and you would like a full description and/or photographs, please get in touch via our Contact page and we will be more than happy to meet your request.

Q: How long will delivery take and what if my item is lost in the post?

A: Please see the Delivery & Returns page for information on either of these topics.

Q: Am I able to reserve games?

A: We are happy to reserve games and do not require a deposit to do so. However, we will do so only for three days, after which time the game will be released if payment is not received. Please get in touch via our Contact page for further information about this service.

Q: Will you buy my game from me?

A: Quite possibly. Please see our Thinking of Selling? page or get in touch via our Contact page for further details about this service.

Q: May I come to collect my purchase(s) in person to avoid incurring postage costs?

A: Of course you can! It would be a pleasure to meet you and we may even invite you in for drinks and biscuits. We are located in the M28 postcode area of Manchester. Simply choose the 'Collect in Person' option during the initial phase of your online transaction. We will then be in touch by email to arrange a suitable time for collection at our business premises.

Q: Do you have shop premises I can visit?

A: We don't. At the moment Vintage Playtime is solely an internet based business working out of Manchester. Of course, when goods are purchased using the 'Collect in Person' option, arrangements will then be made for collection at our business address.

Q: I need my item really quickly. Can you get it to me ASAP?

A: Indeed we can. Naturally, however, there is an additional postage cost for this. Should you find that an item is required urgently, please get in touch via our Contact page so that we can make all the necessary arrangements. Please see the Delivery & Returns page for further details about the various delivery options on offer.

Q: Do you offer a gift voucher scheme?

A: We are pleased to say that we do! Gift vouchers are given to our valued customers for a variety of reasons and may be applied against the balance of almost any transaction.

Q: What is Vintage Playtime's preferred method of communication?

A: We will always attempt to contact you by email unless alternative arrangements have been made. If you would prefer instead to be contacted by telephone, simply send us a message stating your preference, along with your telephone number and convenient calling times. Please feel free to contact us either by email or telephone - details of which can be found in the right-hand column of each page on this website.

Q: And finally: how is it that Vintage Playtime is so amazing?

A: It's just one of those things.
