Postage Costs: Domestic (UK)
Although postage is a necessary expense when ordering a board game or toy for delivery, we have tried to be as fair as we can by reducing this cost wherever possible. And so we have done two things. Firstly, we have adopted a tiered approach to pricing. This essentially means that two products, for example, each costing £5.50 to post as individual items, will not cost £11.00 to post together. Rather the second item would add no more than £1.50 (as opposed £5.50) to the cost of posting, thereby giving a total postage cost of £7.00 and so saving you the difference. And secondly, we have capped our postal charges for Standard Delivery and Recorded Delivery to £7.00 and £8.00 respectively - regardless of the size of your Order.
The cost of posting individual items is based on a weight to value ratio calculation. Thus items which are relatively light and inexpensive will cost less to post than heavier items of greater value.
The standard cost of postage is £5.50 per item. But as mentioned above, this could be less or more depending on the nature of the item purchased.
Please note that items sent by our 'ASAP Delivery' service are not subject to postal price capping. Please see the Delivery & Returns page for more information about our 'ASAP Delivery' service.
Postage Costs: International
All items sent to a destination outside of the UK are subject to an uncapped postage charge. This does not necessarily mean that the cost of posting will exceed the domestic postage cap. But it does mean that if the cost of posting is greater than the cap, then the full amount will be added to the purchase invoice.

Postage Costs: Very Large Items
Certain products are marked as being a 'Very Large Item' due to their size. Where an item is marked as such, the 'Very Large Item(s)' option must be chosen from the 'Calculate Postage Costs' menu during the 'Details' phase of your online transaction.
Please note: the 'ASAP Delivery' option is not available for products marked as being a 'Very Large Item'.
General
We do not charge for the packaging material which is used to ensure that your goods arrive undamaged and we certainly do not profit from any postal charges added to your invoice.
It is important to note that when goods are returned or orders are cancelled, this may then lead to additional postage costs being incurred by the customer. Please see the Delivery & Returns page for more details as to when this may be.
